This project supports the pursuit of the company's expansion strategy, reinforcing its internal capabilities and enabling it to reach the global market by making investments in the following areas:

• • Organizational innovation and management: Introduction a new organizational methodologies and practices in order to reinforce the company's management capabilities and increase the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of the processe.
• • Digital economy and information and communication technologies (ICT): Increase the visibility of the company in the digital environment by implementing new capabilities and promotion tools on the website and newsletters.

Following a continuous improvement and concern with environmental and occupational safety and health issues, A. Moreira - Espuma, Lda. is in the implementation phase of the NP EN ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018.
